Condition assessment of concrete sleeper retaining walls. Typical damage / defects include deterioration of the concrete sleepers, movement / deterioration of the steel uprights.
Assessment of damages to pavements including cracking, movement and subsidence.
Recording existing condition prior to development / construction (Dilapidation Reports).
